Terms

A service agreement is formed when you accept these terms, provide what the service needs, and we accept. We may change any part of this agreement. A change takes effect when it is published. Read it from time to time. If you disagree, stop using the service. We are not liable for loss caused by a change or an interruption. If you break this agreement, we may suspend or end the account without a separate notice.

Do not use this service if you are under 18. After you become a user, you control the credentials and information under the account and you are responsible for what happens under it. Tell us promptly about unauthorised use. Sign out when you should. We are not liable for loss caused by failing this section.

We may notify you by email, an in-app notice, a device prompt, or another reasonable method. A notice may cover the account, a service change, or another update about the platform. If you do not give a working email, or you change it and do not update us, a notice on the website or in the app counts as given.

What you provide must be accurate. If the information is false, or the purpose of joining involves a crime or an unlawful act against someone else, we may end the account without a separate notice.

The service provides conversation with characters, writing and continuing stories, branches, rewrites, and a word balance. You may set characters and stories as you prefer. You are responsible for text, images, and other material you provide, and you must not infringe a third party’s rights.

What you submit must not involve:

• Infringement of intellectual property, portrait, name, or other rights
• Harassment, abuse, racial or ethnic attack, defamation, threats, invasion of privacy, violence, child sexual material, obscenity, fraud, discrimination, or promotion of illegal activity
• Exposing a minor to unsuitable material. This service is only for people aged 18 or over
• Material that could damage someone else’s property
• Viruses, code, or files that interfere with software, hardware, or communications
• Collecting other users’ emails or contact details for messages they did not allow
• Transferring, lending, or selling words, gift codes, or other rights in the account

If you break a prohibition above, we may end the service at once and delete the material. If someone takes legal action because of your material, you are responsible.

We do not review in advance everything generated from your settings. AI conversation and stories are unpredictable and can be wrong or offensive. Do not rely on generated text as accurate, and you carry that risk.

The service may link to other sites, resources, or third-party programs. Those are outside our control. We do not endorse them, and we are not liable for loss from content, goods, or transactions you reach through them.

If you do not use the service for more than a year, we may freeze the account and limit the service. The service is provided as it is. We do not promise a particular feature, uninterrupted service, freedom from error, or that a result is accurate.

Sign-up gifts, daily rewards, referral codes, gift codes, and other promotions exist to let people try the service. If we find words or rewards taken by false information, software, or another improper method, we may cancel eligibility, delete the account, and act where the law is broken.

Unless something else applies, the service is offered 24 hours a day. It may stop because you end it, because we end it for a business or technical reason, or because of force majeure, including natural disaster, government action, power failure, epidemic, strike, or unrest. We may change or end the service at any time. We are not liable for the resulting loss.

When you publish a character, story, branch, text, image, or other creative work, you license us to store, display, distribute, and offer interaction with it within the service. The licence is non-exclusive and worldwide, and it continues for use that already existed before deletion.

After you delete or unpublish a work, we stop showing it to new users from that time. Conversations, shelves, saves, or records that already exist may remain visible so those users can continue. That is not a new publication or a fresh commercial reuse, and we will not market that work again.

If a change makes a character or story unusable, the material is improper, or it causes a technical error, we may restore a working version or pause the feature so the system and existing users are protected.

Do not, in a profile, public work, or any place other users can see, send them to a competing product. That includes another platform’s invite code, a download or sign-up link, or telling users to leave this platform to follow, use, or interact elsewhere.

A neutral note that you also create in more than one place is acceptable when there is no link, invitation, or steering sentence. We judge what is actually shown, not a single word.

We may limit features, pause, suspend, end eligibility, take work down, or refuse service, without advance notice, if any of the following applies:

• Abnormal use, abuse of a feature, abnormal traffic, or other use outside an ordinary purpose
• Bots, cheats, scripts, crawlers, or other means to extract data, interfere, or bypass a limit
• Bad-faith refunds, chargebacks, abuse of payment or compensation, fraud, arbitrage, or other harm to the order of transactions
• Infringement of copyright, trademark, portrait, privacy, reputation, or other rights
• False statements, defamation, harassment, threats, or harm to the platform or other users
• Impersonation, stolen identity or payment details, or false information
• Probing, cracking, reverse engineering, unauthorised access, or attacking the system
• Opening a new account after a suspension, or using someone else’s account, to avoid a measure

If you are limited or ended for breaking this agreement, you may not demand a refund, damages, or the return of unused words, rewards, or other paid content, except where the law says otherwise. We may keep operation, transaction, login, and content records, and provide them when the law or the protection of rights requires it.

By using the service you agree that we may send information related to the service. You may refuse marketing messages, and we will stop that marketing. A transaction you make through a third-party ad shown here is only between you and the advertiser. You resolve that dispute yourselves.

When a word purchase completes, you are treated as having confirmed the content and the amount. Except for the following payment or system failures, we do not owe a full or partial refund: a duplicate charge, a successful payment with words not credited, a system error in delivery, and other cases support confirms as a payment or system failure. Contact us in the app or on this website promptly.

After you delete the account or stop using the service, unused words cannot be exchanged for cash and are not a ground for an ordinary refund. An App Store purchase may also be requested under Apple’s rules.

Rights and responsibility for characters, stories, comments, and conversations you create belong to you. Aside from what you create and works provided with a third party, the intellectual property in our interface, marks, and other works belongs to us. Do not copy, distribute, publish, or use that intellectual property without permission.

You license us to use characters and stories you set as public, within promotion, statistics, and improving the experience, including edits needed for promotion. A public character image must be lawful and must not infringe portrait or copyright. If it does, we may make it non-public.

The service allocates resources fairly and resists abuse. Multiple accounts or abnormal logins beyond a reasonable range may be limited. Do not use emulators, modified devices, cheats, or other technical means to bypass a limit, and do not create accounts in bulk for an improper gain. We may suspend or end the accounts involved.

You may use text, stories, character settings, and images, if any, generated through the service as you need. Output is produced by artificial intelligence. We do not promise that it is true, correct, lawful, complete, or unique, or that it will not resemble someone else’s work. You bear loss from using it.

You agree that we may use generated content within a reasonable range, including display and promotion on Lustra or related channels, improving features, research, and examples. Your use must be lawful and must not infringe a third party.

We operate and manage this platform, including reviewing whether conduct and content break this agreement or the law. A dispute that happens in a community or service outside the platform should go to that provider or the competent authority. We do not owe a duty to mediate it in substance.

An event a creator holds outside the platform is not started or hosted by us. Participants judge the risk themselves. We are not responsible for that event.

We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss from using or being unable to use the service. We do not promise stability, correctness, or availability.

If there is a dispute, contact us first so it can be resolved in good faith. If that fails, both sides agree to the courts with jurisdiction where we are located, or to arbitration. We may update these terms and publish them on this page. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
