Rare characters drift
Text is handled in pieces. A rare or complex character can be written as a different one with a similar shape.
Write the name once, in full, in the library, and add “use only this spelling”.
Your name has to be fixed too
The form of address you want goes in the library on its own line, separate from the character’s name. Once in chapter one is not enough.
If there are several names, mark which one is spoken and which is only a note.
How to correct it
Rewrite the chapter. If two chapters in a row are wrong, an old name is probably still in the library.
Continue only after the fix. Continuing on the wrong name makes the wrong name a new fact.
