It is sent with the draft
Character, relationship, and world sit in the library and are carried when you write the next chapter, so you repeat less.
Carried does not mean read aloud. The lines constrain names, limits, and events that already happened.
Repeating it in chat is unstable
As a chapter grows, early dialogue gives way to new lines. A fact that must always hold should not live only inside an argument.
If a sentence must be obeyed, copy it into the library as a short line, without filler.
Read it back
Check the name, the relationship, and where the last chapter left the person. Then rewrite, or fix the library and continue.
When an old line fights a new one, delete the old one. Leave both, and the next chapter flips a coin.
